The dinning room and the terrace...

Enlightened and refined food
The food is excellent which probably explains why the service is slow. However, this does allow time to appreciate the wonderfully calm grounds. Chantal Guerby-Aussel is confident, kind and cheerful. She gracefully adds authentic charm to the whole lay out.
Michel approches his piano, keyboard and music with the same nature and passion. The food is cooked with simple regional ingredients, almost rural, but the taste is unforgettable.

Fois Gras variations
The “master” of the kitchen, with his knowlegde and experience, knows how to give variety to “fois gras” and duck “confits”. One must relish his duck cooked with red fuit, or with violet and mustard or his “fois gras à la Bonne Famille”.
“Michel Aussel moves with ease and divine passion in the magic world of “Fois Gras”.

The wine is regional, wise with age though not trendy.
One may forget the price and consider only the year of the bottle. However, price is not always necessarily what makes the wine good.
Michael does not forget the little ones. Smaller portions are provided so that they may discover and appreciate the flavors of the fine cooking.
